Welcome to Morning Brief. By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Morning Brief, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Morning Brief provides daily curated news briefings delivered to your device, including text and audio playback.

3. User Accounts

You can sign in using Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Free Features, Ads, and Subscriptions

• Free: Daily briefings and reading features are free. Some features, such as extended audio playback, may be unlocked by watching an optional rewarded ad.
• Premium (where available): Premium subscriptions are billed through the platform's in-app purchase system (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription in your platform account settings.

5. Content

News content provided in the App is curated and summarized from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. The App is for informational purposes only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the App's functionality
• Redistribute or republish content from the App without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of Morning Brief are owned by PJH Dev and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PJH Dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Morning Brief를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다. 앱을 사용함으로써 아래 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.

1. 약관 동의

앱을 다운로드·설치·사용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마십시오.

2. 서비스 내용

Morning Brief는 매일 큐레이션된 뉴스 브리핑을 텍스트와 오디오로 제공합니다.

3. 계정

Apple 로그인 또는 Google 로그인으로 가입할 수 있으며, 계정 보안 유지 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

4. 무료 기능·광고·구독

• 무료: 일일 브리핑과 읽기 기능은 무료입니다. 오디오 재생 확장 등 일부 기능은 선택형 리워드 광고 시청으로 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 프리미엄(제공되는 경우): 프리미엄 구독은 플랫폼 인앱 결제(Apple App Store 또는 Google Play)로 청구됩니다. 현재 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신되며, 플랫폼 계정 설정에서 관리할 수 있습니다.

5. 콘텐츠

앱의 뉴스 콘텐츠는 공개된 출처에서 큐레이션·요약된 것으로, 정확성·완전성·적시성을 보장하지 않습니다. 앱은 정보 제공 목적으로만 사용해야 합니다.

6. 이용 제한

• 불법적인 목적의 사용 금지
• 앱 기능의 역설계·방해 시도 금지
• 앱 콘텐츠의 무단 재배포·재게시 금지

7. 지식재산권

Morning Brief의 모든 콘텐츠·디자인·기능은 PJH Dev의 소유이며 관련 법률의 보호를 받습니다.

8. 책임의 제한

앱은 어떠한 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. PJH Dev는 앱 사용으로 인한 간접·부수·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

9. 이용 종료

약관 위반 시 앱 이용을 정지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.

10. 약관 변경

약관은 수시로 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후 계속 사용하면 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
